2. Hosting
The site and data are hosted within the European Union. The application infrastructure is operated by Railway (West Europe region, Amsterdam, Netherlands), the database by Neon (Frankfurt, Germany), and file storage and distribution by Cloudflare (European Union).
3. Activity and intermediary status
allogato operates an online marketplace. In the sense of Article L.111-7 of the French Consumer Code, allogato is a platform intermediary operator: it connects customers with independent professional bakers and cake designers. allogato is neither the manufacturer nor the seller of the offered products: the sales contract is concluded directly between the customer and the professional. allogato's role is limited to providing the connection tool, secure escrow payment, and mediation service.
4. Intellectual property
The brand allogato, the domain name, the graphic charter, the website structure and its own contents are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation or extraction is prohibited. The visuals of the creations remain the property of their authors (the professionals), who grant allogato a license for display and promotion under the conditions set forth in the sellers' general terms and conditions.
5. Editorial responsibility
The product sheets, prices, descriptions, photographs, and deadlines are published and provided solely under the responsibility of the professionals. allogato makes reasonable verification and moderation efforts but does not guarantee the accuracy of the content submitted by the professionals.
6. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in detail in the privacy policy and the cookie management policy. In accordance with the GDPR, you have rights that you can exercise at privacy@allogato.fr.
7. Consumer mediation
In accordance with Articles L.612-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, the consumer customer has the right to access a consumer mediator free of charge for the amicable resolution of a dispute, after having sent a prior written complaint.
